• By PHONE please call us on 0439844581 or 03 943 2561. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Debit card, and our lines are open 9.00 am until 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday (Eastern Standard Time).

When ordering online, please pay using Visa, Visa Debit or MasterCard (we are unable to accept American express)

Delivery

We aim to pack your products within 24 hours of placing your order. You items should usually arrive within 5 days however please allow up to 10 working days from placement of order for delivery

Cancellations & Returns

Our products are fully guaranteed. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason it will be fully refunded (minus the postage cost) within a 12 month period of purchase. Should you wish to return or exchange any item, please call Customer Services on our free phone number 0439844581 first, as there are occasions where it may not be necessary for you to send the product back to us. If you do need to send your product back, please pack it safely with a short note describing the problems encountered to:
